The 4Sure Ballistics Missile Launcher is a four-barreled, surface-to-space missile launcher utilized by the ex-sleeper mercenary M. Kruger under order by the Secretary of Defense of Elysium to eliminate any shuttles transporting illegal immigrants to the habitat.

The launcher consists of an assemblage of four missile pods fired along the stereotypical linear launcher like a bazooka, a handheld device that coordinates and guides the missiles on course with their designated targets by Elysium militia central command. Precise coordinates are implemented into the launcher's A.I. Guided warheads, each tailored with a kiloton, non-nuclear, thermal warhead capable of downing interstellar or heavily armored hover/flight transports.
